I am taking online lessons with
Paintbasket on how to paint with oils. I have learned heaps so far. I can tell there are at least six things wrong with this painting so in theory the next one I do will be perfect Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!!!!!! On the other hand, there's probably six things right with it also. We'll say there are anyway :D
This is the first oil I did with
Paintbasket. I am pretty happy with it for a first attempt. I loooved learning how to paint dewdrops.
This one I did unaided, except for the sky. That was my first ever lesson in oils. I painted the Frigate bird over the practice sky. (The photo is a bit too blue)
